Sampoorna Yoga
Classes will seek to incorporate all eight limbs of the yogic path. Each class will contain breathwork, warming and limbering the body before an asana flow, then cooldown/guided meditation.
Merkabah Mobility
Merkabah Mobility classes seek to bring awareness to where imbalances within the body lie; using a series of Physical Therapy based exercises to strengthen, and create more mobility and active joint health. Classes will cover spine, shoulders, and hip mobility, as well as a deeper dive into one body function that differs in every class.
Breath Classes
Breath classes will entail varying kriyas, mantras, meditations, and breathwork to enable us to better handle and navigate stress and live a life with less anxiety and worry. At times, singing bowls and other sound healing tools will be utilized in classes.
High Interval Intensity Training (HIIT)
These are classes alternating short periods of intense or explosive calisthenics with brief recovery periods. Dynamic, functional and static movements along with a cool down stretch in every session
